CONFITEK Hotel Mifare Card Lock System has the basic functions which will satisfy most of requirements from hotels, while below functions are especially unique worth to be marked out.
A: Database: Our system adopt Microsoft database, include public free versions, to realize below functions:

A. Remote visiting from Client to Server - database installed in Server computer, while lock software installed in Client computer, one more clients allowed, this function will be helpful for large hotels, where one more Reception desks established, different reception share the same database.
B. Interface - allow other systems visit database of our lock system, some hotels prefer to use the PMS(property management software) to manage keycards, with interface, the PMS will send command to lock software, to issue key cards.

B: Layer: Sometimes in a hotel, a suite room may contains one more bedrooms for different guests. A guest card will open the suite's door and then open his own bedroom, and card of bedroom A will not unlocking bedroomB, while both key card will open the door of the suite, suite door will be the Top layer, and bedroom doors will be second Layer. A Layer Card is needed to program layers in all the locks in this suite room. This function is useful for business guests, boss and his assistant stay in same suite, but in different bedrooms.

C: Family Function: One Guest keycard will open more rooms, so that parent will open children's rooms. 1 key card will open maximum 14 rooms.

D: Common Door: Common Door means a door where a guest has to pass through before reach his room, common door will be a Hotel Gate(s), a Building Gate(s), or a Floor passage door(s), Common door only accept guests who stay in this hotel, this building, or this floor.
CONFITEK software has a useful settings "Auto Opening Time" for common door: If it is selected, there will be a time limitation for the common door. During inputed time field, the common door will be always in open staus, card is not needed to open door; Out of the time field, door will be in closed status, valid card needed to open door, this function is useful for some hotels who keeps its common door(s) in open status during day time but in closed status at night time.

E: Deadbolt unlocking: In CONFITEK system, Emergency Card will always unlocking deadbolt, while for other cards, Master card, Foreman card, Floor Cards, and Maid Card, only when the "Open Deadbolt" function is selected, they will open deadbolt.
Also we have Time Control function for deadbolt unlocking, hotel will set different Date limitation or Time limitation for Master card(such as), to allow it unlock deadbolt in certain date or time ( of course Master card will always open if doors are NOT locked with Deadbolt)

F: Breakfast: After installed CONFITEK lock software, there will be a separate menu of "Breakfast", in dining room of a hotel, this "Breakfast" menu will read key card of guests, to identify if the keycard has breakfast right (when issue key card, there is a choice "Breakfast", if it is selected, then the key card will has right to have breakfast in dining room)
This function will be useful for hotels, who provide free breakfast to all guest or just part of the guests.

Mortise: ANSI Standard, 5 latch mortise.
Finish: Stainless Steel / PVD Gold
Outside Handle: Free rotate in locked state to protect lock structure from malicious destroy.
Cylinder: Equipped for mechanical key unlocking.
Installation Thickness: 35 - 55 mm door thickness required.
Power: 6V, 4 AA Alkaline Batteries. Normally 10000 unlocking.
Low power warning: <4.8V, 200 unlocking permitted.
Key Card: Mifare 1 contactless card
Unlocking Records: 1000 PCS.
Action time: 1 turning of handle permitted after successful reading cards, then return to lock state. If no turning of handle after card reading, return to lock state in 7 seconds.
